This policy applies to all products on the website.
I. RETURN
Mosselk accept returns due to product defects: wrong products, incomplete product, products not matching the description on the website, products damaged in transit!
*Please inform that for products that are not defective, Mosselk do not accept returns.
Return Items Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, products must be in new condition.
Timeframe that Mosselk accepts returns:
Our policy is 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive a return request beyond 30 days from delivery, then the product will not be eligible for return..
Return method:
Mosselk encourage to return items by mail.
Step 1: Send email to us to the mailbox: support@mosselk.com with subject “Return/Refund Request” and send us the order number + photos/videos of the problem on the product received.
Step 2: Mosselk will review and provide return labels by mail. Buyer need to download and print.
Step 3: Package the return product carefully.

Who is responsible for the return shipping fee?
Mosselk will provide a prepaid label for any product defects.
Does the buyer have to pay a restocking fee?
No cost.
Notify when Mosselk receives the returned package?
Once we receive return package, buyer will receive an email notifying that we have received return package. Depending on sender address, the time to receive the return package will be different.
II. REFUND
When will you receive your refund?
– Once we receive the return product please allow 3-5 days business to process for you. All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
– If you are approved for a refund please allow 2-3 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded. Your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
First, check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
