Modify/Cancel Order

You can cancel/modify your order if you change your mind about purchasing.

Your order is only eligible to be cancel/modify within 24 hours of placing the order. To expedite delivery, we will process and ship the package to the carrier. Therefore, if it has been over 24 hours, you do not submit the request, you are not entitled to cancel and amend any more.

If you change your mind about your purchase, please send a request via email: support@mosselk.com and provide complete information including: order number, order email and content you want to modify or cancel.

We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made by email.
